Please be informed that on Monday 19th May, 2025 Elton D’ Aguair appeared before Magistrate Chandan at the Lethem Magistrate’s Court, where he pleaded not guilty to the offence of possession of 1.6 kgs of cannabis for the purpose of trafficking. Bail was refused and he was remanded to prison until 27th June, 2025.
