On 19th January, 2024, David Mc Donald appeared before Magistrate Liverpool at the Sparendaam Magistrates’ Court, charged with the offence of possession of a narcotic for the purpose of Trafficking to wit 84 grammes of cannabis. Mc Donald pleaded guilty and was fined GYD 75,000 or default six (6) months imprisonment.
