On Monday, September 9, 2024, Raymond Tinnis appeared before Magistrate Mittleholzer at the Vigilance Magistrate’s Court, where he was found guilty of the offense of possession of a narcotic for the purpose of trafficking to wit 9.8 kg of cannabis. He was sentenced to three (3) years imprisonment and fined GY$ 8,820,000.
