Court Update: Raul Binand

Please be informed that on Friday 13th June, 2025 Raul Binand appeared before Magistrate Annette
Singh at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court, where pled not guilty to the offence of possession of
21.972 kgs of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking. Bail was refused, and he was remanded to
prison until 11th July 2025.
