• On Wednesday 28th January 2026, CANU Officers, acting on information received, conducted an operation at a residence located at Lot 5 Bruda Street, Uitvlugt, West Coast Demerara. A subsequent search of the residence revealed a quantity of cannabis and cocaine.

• Travis Fraser, age fifty-three (53), a cane harvester of the said address, was arrested and escorted to CANU Headquarters, along with the narcotics, which weighed 46 grams (cocaine) and 1.798 kilograms (cannabis) respectively.

• Investigations are ongoing.
