Please be informed that on Friday 24th January, 2025 Clement Vandecruz appeared before Magistrate Matthias at the New Amsterdam Magistrates Court where he was sentenced to two (2) and six (6)
months imprisonment together with a fine of GYD $3,429,000 for the offence of possession of
2.286kg of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
