Please be informed that on today’s date, Jason Bascom appeared before Magistrate Azore
at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court, where he pleaded guilty to the offence of possession of
4.078 kgs of cannabis for the purpose of trafficking. He was sentenced to three (3) years
imprisonment and fined GYD$30,000.
